This leisure pool offers everything to make a swimmer's heart happy. A large adventure pool with counter-current channel, massage jets and neck showers, whirlpools and rain grotto invite you to relax. For the health-conscious, there is a Kneipp treading pool with extra-cold water.
"Magic Eye" and the "turbo slide" provide pure fun and adrenaline. The two slides at SauerlandBad are fun in their own right. With or without tires, fun for the whole family is guaranteed.

Bad Fredeburg
This combination of golf and frisbee is simply great fun. The aim is to throw a frisbee disc into the target basket with as few throws as possible. A total of 18 baskets, i.e. 18 lanes, are available for this, embedded in the beautiful landscape at the spa gardens Schmiedinghausen in Bad Fredeburg. Skill and aim are required for this trendy sport for the whole family.
Family fun for young and old
The goal is quickly explained: to sink the ball into the hole with as few strokes as possible. The path, or rather the course, is sometimes somewhat treacherous - depending on which obstacles are built in. Skill and a good eye are required here. After the tee shot, you can continue playing where the ball stops. But only if the obstacle has already been overcome; otherwise it's back to square one: All back to square one. The number of strokes required is recorded, whereby each player has a total of six attempts (then seven penalty points are recorded). Simple rules for a very varied and enjoyable family game. With the Schmallenberger Sauerland Card, the entrance fee to all mini golf courses is reduced!
Directly at the spa park
A large adventure playground adjoins the mini golf course. There is also a kiosk with drinks, ice cream and hot food as well as public toilets. Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented there. (reservation via the contact details).

Pit-Pat combines mini golf with billiards, also known as obstacle billiards. The game is played on tables on which various obstacles and hurdles are built in. Weatherproof climbing fun with lots of extras
Be active at lofty heights, test your limits, feel the "kick" - the climbing hall invites you to do just that. Sauerland invites you. A 12 m high climbing wall with over 60 toprope routes and 10 lead routes is waiting to be climbed Werden. A wide-ranging course program offers great climbing activities.
A covered high ropes course on 2 levels (5 and 9 m high) promises a pure adrenaline rush. It includes 26 stations, a ropeway and a jump from a height of 9 meters. Before you set off, you will receive professional instruction and a short practice course to master the safety system. Harnesses and helmets are included in the price. A height of 1.40 m is required to use the high ropes course.

From the airfield Rennefeld Werden you can fly in gliders, microlights and motor planes. You take off and land at the airfield Rennefeld, beautifully situated between Wormbach and Werpe.
Just drop by and take a look! The airfield is open on Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Werden offers cakes and "Fliegerkaffee".

The parachuting club Sauerland is located at the airfield Rennefeld in Schmallenberg. If you're looking for a unique experience that you won't forget in a hurry, you've come to the right place. During the ascent in the airplane, you can prepare for your jump and marvel at the beautiful landscape of the Schmallenberger Sauerland before returning to the ground at speeds of up to 200km/h.
